چکیده
This paper addresses the claim that social orders of Western civilization operate on basis law’s presumed sovereignty over life. I demonstrate how respective works Italian philosopher Giorgio Agamben and French phenomenologist Michel Henry are joined in their concern this issue, shared belief life can be made sovereign law through a communal based upon habit. At same time, argue conceptions flawed, they would benefit from being brought into productive dialogue with one another. More specifically, show Henry’s account Christian habitual practice love moves at least some way toward addressing Agamben’s coming community is decidedly abstract lacking substantial ethic. However, maintain own founded problematic conception potentiality study matter. By bringing these two figures together drawing out lessons learnt each them, work provides more concrete play role making force law.

For a two-phase (liquid-gas) two-component (water-hydrogen) system we discuss the formulation of the possible dissolution of hydrogen in the liquid phase. The problem is formulated as a set of nonlinear partial differential equations with complementary constraints and we show how Henry’s law fits in a phase diagram.
